Yes. Since thermal imaging relies on heat signatures and not visible light, it functions perfectly well in broad daylight. In fact, a target's heat signature will often stand out sharply against a cooler background even when it's sunny.

Yes. As an authorized dealer for the brands we carry, we ensure that every thermal optic you purchase is protected by the Original Manufacturer's Warranty, which typically provides coverage for 3 to 5 years depending on the specific model and brand. While the customer is responsible for handling all repair and service claims directly, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible support.

For US Customers: Most thermal optics are available for purchase. However, the export of thermal optics outside of the United States is strictly regulated under ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations). We cannot ship these devices outside of the U.S.

Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. We offer shipping to the lower 48 states.

We accept returns for items within 10 calendar days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in unused, brand-new condition with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories intact.

Yes. All approved returns are subject to a 12% restocking fee, which is deducted from your refund amount. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing, inspecting, and repackaging the returned item.
